It lists holding registers (settings, protection limits, identity) and input registers (PV, grid, energy, fault and storage data). Page 3 of the document says which register ranges each inverter family uses (TL-X/TL-XH MIN, TL3-X MAX/MID/MAC, storage MIX/SPA/SPH); this file covers the common first group, the 3000 block for TL-X and TL-XH, and the main storage block, and many rows are marked for particular models. The same register number can mean different things on different families, so check the family ranges first.
