Activation Steps

Get your license key

Check your email for the license key from Polar.sh. It will look like: VOLTRUS-BACNET-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Download BACnet Explorer

Download the DMG for macOS below. Open it and drag BACnet Explorer to your Applications folder.

Activate your license

Launch BACnet Explorer. On first launch, enter your license key when prompted. The app will activate online — one click, done.

Start exploring

Send a Who-Is to discover BACnet devices on your network, browse objects, subscribe to COV, and monitor alarms.

Also available on the Mac App Store. If you prefer, you can also download BACnet Explorer from the Mac App Store — no license key needed, Apple handles everything.
